The Borgo Guglielmo tourist complex is located in the countryside, 500 m from San Pietro in Palazzi, a small village near Cecina (1.5 km), in the very heart of the Etruscan Coast – one of Tuscany’s most enchanting areas. Borgo Guglielmo is 3.5 km from the coast, with its sandy beaches and marvellous pinewoods.
Open in 2008, Borgo Guglielmo is composed of several buildings erected around a large swimming pool with whirlpool; it has a wide garden, a barbecue area, a playground for children and a vegetable garden. Car park, laundry, mountain bikes.
Borgo Guglielmo has five different types of apartments. The flats (from 2 to 6 people) are very cosy and comfortable. There are standard and superior flats and all of them are furnished in a farmhouse style and equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, TV set and other utilities (i.e. bath & bed linen for all the guests).
Two-roomed flat Type A (2+1 = 2 adults + 1 child below 12 yrs). Living room with kitchenette, a sofa bed for a person, bathroom, double bedroom.
Two-roomed flat Type B (3+1 = 3 adults + 1 child below 12 yrs).Living room with kitchenette, a sofa bed for two people, bathroom, double bedroom. Fully-equipped outer space with table and chairs.
Two-roomed flat Superior (3+1 = 3 adults + 1 child below 12 yrs). Large living room with kitchenette (dishwasher too), a sofa bed for two people, bathroom, double bedroom. Air conditioning. Fully-equipped outer space with table and chairs.
Three-roomed flat (4+2 = 4 adults + 2 children below 12 yrs). Living room with kitchenette, a sofa bed, bathroom, two double rooms.
Suite (three roomed flat 4+3 = 4 adults + 3 children below 12 yrs). Large living room with a sofa bed for two people and a fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, two double rooms. Great fully-equipped veranda with table and chairs.
