Villa Hedy lies on the Tyrrhenian coast in the heart of Etruscan Riviera in San Vincenzo in the greenery of the typical Mediterranean vegetation. It si situated in a very quite position and has a very beautiful beaches with fine sand suitable for kids of every age.
Villa Hedy was built in 2005 and is composed by very nice well furnished flats.

In San Vincenzo the sun always shines but by bad weather you can go on interesting trips to the near Baratti or to the Elba Island or to one of the most beautiful cultural Tuscan towns such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, Lucca....
The New "Villa Hedy" Residence lies at a distance of less than 50 metres from the sea.
The compound is immersed in an oak wood.
The 11 two-roomed apartments (six on the ground floor and 5 on the first floor) are well furnished and endowed with satellite tv, air conditioning/heating; dish washer, microwave oven, hair drier, safe box; laundry room with washing machines, small children's playground (swing, slides…); internet service; parking facility.
Each apartment has a big balcony furnished with a table and chairs.
Each apartment will be given seaside equipment (i.e. umbrella, deckchair/sun beds).
